Job Description:

Shift: Monday - Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

Acts as the primary point of contact for patients, addressing non-clinical questions and concerns. Provides information about appointments, procedures, billing, and general inquiries. Coordinates and schedules patient appointments, follow-ups, and referrals. Provides patients with information and resources about their care, including pre and post-procedure care, medication guidelines, and lifestyle recommendations. Maintains accurate and up-to-date patient records, including appointment details and communication logs. Works closely with healthcare providers, administrative staff, and other departments to ensure seamless patient care. Coordinates tests, procedures, and treatments. Addresses and resolves issues or concerns during the patient care process, such as appointment conflicts, billing discrepancies, or communication barriers. Collaborates with other team members to improve processes, share information, and provide comprehensive patient care. Other duties as assigned.

Pay Range:

$68,132.50 - $119,520.35
