    Job Description:

    + Adjusts approach based on patient and family understanding of test procedures and troubleshoots equipment malfunctions or patient issues.

    + Prioritizes clinical and administrative work independently and identify process improvements.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    + Assists physicians in performing specialized cardiovascular procedures, including diagnostic and interventional catheterization, pacemaker/defibrillator implantation, intra-aortic balloon pump operation, and electrophysiology studies.

    + Evaluates and documents patient status, responding appropriately to ensure optimal outcomes. Demonstrates clinical expertise, competence, and proficiency in all job responsibilities.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Bachelor's, Technical/Vocational School (Required)Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Certified Surgical Assistant (CSA) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Technologist - Cardiac-Interventional Radiography (R.T(CI)(ARRT)) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, State Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $32.53 - $60.50
