Job Description:

+ Completes monthly financial reports using data from multiple vendors. Reconciles daily invoices, validates pricing, and ensures accurate general ledger coding for cost centers and expense accounts.

+ Supports budget tracking and purchasing analytics. Oversees accurate and compliant interdepartmental medication and supply transfers to support continuity of care across all patient service areas.

+ Leads the pharmacy’s response to drug recalls and regulatory alerts, ensuring timely removal, documentation, and communication.

+ Proactively coordinates with pharmacy leadership and clinical teams to identify alternatives and mitigate supply disruptions.

+ Supports audit readiness and compliance with DEA, FDA, and Board of Pharmacy requirements.
