Job Description:

+ Applies continuous quality improvement principles to measure, monitor, and assess service effectiveness and potential adverse effects.

+ Facilitates the planning, development, and implementation of programs and services for areas of responsibility, collaborating with other departments as necessary.

+ Develops tracking systems for product usage, inventory management, and an annual budget to support needs, demonstrating cost-effectiveness through efficient resource use.

+ Develops and maintains maintenance manual records for all preventative maintenance, repairs, pool test results, and data required by OSHA, State, and County regulations.

+ Provides scheduled pool maintenance to ensure optimal function and cleanliness.

High School Grad or Equiv (Required)Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Certified Pool Operator (CPO) - Accredited Issuing Body, Driver's License (DL) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Stationary Engineer License (SEL) - Accredited Issuing Body

$49,718.59 - $92,468.74
