Job Description:

+ Conducts annual education needs assessments to identify the learning requirements of LTAC clinical staff.

+ Analyzes assessment data to determine the target audience and specific learner needs.

+ Develops and implements educational programs based on identified needs and trends.

+ Evaluates the quality and effectiveness of professional development practices through systematic reviews.

+ Uses evidence-based research to identify strategies for improving professional development activities.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of NursingAdvanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range:

$15.00 - $130.00
