    Job Description:

    + Up to $10,000 sign on bonus

    + Up to $3000 relocation bonus

    + Location: 2200 Fowler Grove Bvld, Winter Garden

    + Schedule: Weekdays either working 5 days a week- Monday - Thursday 10am - 7pm M-Th and Friday 8am -5pm; or open to 4 10’s as well

    + Documents and charges accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology following standards of practice, insurance guidelines and department/hospital policy and procedures.

    + Participates in marketing to physicians and physician practices to build referral relationships.

    + Performs evaluations and re-evaluations using recommended techniques and standards. Participates in marketing to physicians/physician practices to build referral relationships.

    + Supports consumer marketing and public awareness through participation in community events, educational lectures/speaking, and/or other extension of clinical expertise to the community.

    + Adjusts and adapts to changes in patient census by altering working hours to assist in other centers and programs as approved and observed by the manager or director.

    DoctorateBasic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Physical Therapist (PT) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Physical Therapist - Temporary (PT-TEMP) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $65,622.66 - $122,055.21
