    Job Description:

    + Performs other duties as assigned. Travels to and from primary office location to other facilities for meetings, project work, and teaching/training.

    + Designs, establishes, and maintains an organizational structure and staffing to effectively accomplish the organization's goals and objectives.

    + Recruits, trains, and evaluates staff to ensure optimal performance and development.

    + Develops and performs periodic cost and productivity analyses of staff projects, including calculation of net benefit and ROI. Maintains positive relations and acts as a liaison to ensure collaboration across multiple disciplines.

    + Exercises independent decision-making processes to identify, plan, and execute goals. Engages Executive Sponsors in chartering new projects to align with organizational objectives.

    Bachelor's (Required), Master'sMicrosoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Six Sigma Black Belt Certification (CSSBB) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $83,699.48 - $155,693.55
