    Lead with Purpose — Support Teams, Keep Kids Safe Position: Team Lead (Seasonal) Location: Northern California Peninsula Applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance to the Peninsula, ideally between Palo Alto and Daly city on the Peninsula Service area may adjust based on program needs and growth. All City Management Services (ACMS) is seeking a motivated Team Lead to support and guide our leadership teams across the Northern California Peninsula region. This field-based role plays a key part in ensuring safe, compliant, and well-supported School Crossing Guard programs while serving as a trusted leader in the community. What You’ll Do

     

    + Field-based leadership role reporting to an assigned manager

    + Coordinate schedules and daily operations for assigned Area and Lead Supervisors

    + Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety standards

    + Conduct field observations and ensure timely, accurate Site Performance Evaluations

    + Hire, train, and support the professional development of Area Supervisors

    + Serve as a liaison with school and/or city officials when requested

    + Maintain inventory control and storage of field equipment and supplies

    + Attend all required staff meetings

     

    What We’re Looking For

     

    + Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills

    + Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of managing an assigned area

    + Reliable transportation with active automobile insurance

    + Ability to lift and transport equipment up to 20 lbs

    + Applicants must live within the states mentioned above.

    + Must successfully complete fingerprinting and/or drug/alcohol screening and maintain a record free of serious offenses

    + 2–3 years or more of supervisory experience

    + Applicants must live within a reasonable commuting distance to the service area, ideally between Palo Alto and Daly city on the Peninsula to ensure timely response to emergencies and operational needs.

     

    Work Expectations & Compliance

     

    + Off-the-clock work is not required or permitted; prior approval is required for hours beyond budgeted limits

    + Company-issued devices must be used for timekeeping, mileage tracking, and work-related duties only

    + Employees are responsible for tracking work hours and complying with legal rest and meal period requirements

    + Company-issued devices must remain off outside scheduled work hours

     

    Pay & Benefits

     

    + Northern California Team Lead earns $23.00 - $33.00 an hour for up to 8 hours a day. Position is eligible for yearly bonus. Rate of pay is based on experience.

    + Full-Time, 8 hours per day. Seasonal position based on the school year cala

    + Eligible for annual bonus

    + Automobile mileage reimbursement provided using the company tracking system

     

    Additional Information This is a seasonal position aligned with school schedules. School holidays, weather closures, non-student days, and summer break are considered off-season.
