    Job Description:

    + Develops system design, including functional specifications, and implements strategies based on specific operational needs.

    + Analyzes business and user needs, documents business requirements, defines benefits, and estimates costs at an advanced level.

    + Configures application changes according to standards and documents application changes, testing plans, testing results, and project requirements.

    + Performs unit, system, and integration testing per standards and documents outcomes.

    + Optimizes, maintains, and supports applications/systems as required, providing on-call support and troubleshooting complex production issues.
