    Job Description:

    + Other duties as assigned.

    + Monitors documentation for compliance with regulatory agencies and guidelines and organization policies and procedures.

    + Assists with performance improvement projects and suggests opportunities for improvement.

    + Assists with staff development, including new employee orientation, staff training, in-services, and developing competencies.

    + Attends all mandatory hospital in-services and required staff meetings.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of NursingAdvanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $32.76 - $57.47
