    Job Description:

    + Serves as a clinical resource and consultant in medication therapy management and related quality programs.

    + Assist Executive Director of Pharmacy in daily duties and serves as an extension in clinical relationships Lead and support the development and implementation of clinical procedures and care pathways within AH clinics.

    + Supports medical management and clinical/quality initiatives for pharmacy and prescription plan.

    + Collaborate with facility and regional leaders to achieve stated goals and accountabilities Lead Pharmacy staff to execute processes and procedures effectively, providing leadership and guidance on pharmacy practice.

    + Determine daily goals and specific duty assignments for department staff and monitor prescription workflow queues for appropriate and timely follow through.

    The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Bachelor's (Required), Master'sLicensed Pharmacist (RPh) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $138,879.28 - $258,301.75
