    Job Description:

    Serves as the primary point of contact for hospital staff, including leadership, medical, support, and clinical teams, to foster collaboration and support. Develops and implements strategies to maximize organ and tissue donation opportunities within assigned hospitals. Ensures hospital policies related to organ and tissue donation are up to date and comply with federal and state requirements. Delivers educational presentations to hospital staff to enhance understanding of the donation process and their role in it. Provides real-time support during donor cases, collaborating with clinical and family services staff to navigate challenges. Conducts donor case follow-up, collecting, maintaining, and reporting performance data. Coordinates recognition events, registry drives, and conferences to promote organ and tissue donation awareness. Collaborates with hospital departments to ensure timely completion of services during donor cases. Develops and implements an in-depth annual hospital plan to improve donation processes and outcomes. Maintains accurate records of hospital visits and communications in the database. Organizes donation awareness campaigns and events in collaboration with hospital public relations and communications departments. Provides after-hour support for active donor referrals and cases. Other duties as assigned.

    Pay Range:

    $49,718.59 - $92,468.74
