    Job Description:

    + Implements treatment plans established by the Occupational Therapist; and through consideration of practice standards, recommended techniques, insurance guidelines, and patient needs.

    + Uses appropriate therapy procedures, documents data, and follows individualized care plans set by the occupational therapist.

    + Provides patient and family education, including home exercise programs for treatment carryover into the discharge setting.

    + Supports consumer marketing and public awareness through participation in community events, educational lectures, and other extensions of clinical expertise to the community.

    + Conducts age-appropriate assessments and interventions, completing annual age-specific competencies relevant to the scope of care.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Associate (Required)Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - Accredited Issuing Body, National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $21.56 - $40.09
