    Job Description:

    + Leads cross-functional team members toward strategic resolutions of complex problems in a timely, professional, and courteous manner.

    + Performs other duties as assigned or directed to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

    + Completes documentation requirements that align with overall business strategies for all phases of the process development life cycle, as assigned.

    + Manages projects, monitoring schedules and statuses including any potential delays, situations, or concerns that may affect outcomes, and communicates these to management.

    + Creates and maintains dashboards and reports for People Systems.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Bachelor's (Required), Master'sProfessional in Human Resources (PHR) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $66,170.74 - $123,073.07
