    Job Description:

    + Leads and implements strategic plans and system objectives of Mission and Ministry at the campus level, providing oversight for processes and outcomes.

    + Integrates and aligns Mission and Ministry objectives with campus master planning and participates in decision-making as a member of the campus leadership team.

    + Develops the annual Christian Service Plan in conjunction with the CEO.

    + Prepares, coordinates, and follows up on Mission Integrated Peer Review visits. Collaborates with HR to integrate Mission into new hire orientation, staff re-orientation, and ongoing HR functions.

    + Supervises the Manager of Chaplains, ensuring excellence in meeting standards, staff recruitment, assessment, development, and integration into the mission culture.
