**Sodexo** is seeking a **General Manager 5 - Food** for **HCA Florida Capital Hospital – in Tallahassee, FL** . **HCA Florida Capital Hospital** s a 288-bed acute care facility that offers 24/7 Emergency Services in Leon and Gadsden Counties. Offerings also include a Behavioral Health Center, Cancer Center, Chest Pain Center w/PCI-Resuscitation, Family Center, Heart & Vascular Center, Imaging Services, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit and more!

What You'll Do

**The General Manager 5** will be responsible for department financials and all daily operations of patient services, retail café, and catering. This position would support a team of 2 salaried managers and Sodexo frontline associates.

+ have oversight of day-to-day operations

+ deliver high quality food service

+ achieve company and client financial targets and goals

+ develop and maintain client and customer relationships

+ develop strategic plans

+ create a positive environment; and

+ ensure Sodexo Standards are met.

What You Bring

+ culinary knowledge

+ strong leadership skillset- ideally in a healthcare setting

+ strong understanding of regulatory standards is needed to assist with deficiency-free department of health inspections.

+ Financial skills to manage one million in volume along with technical & customer training skills for 15 frontline associates.
