    Job Description:

    + Manages accreditation criteria and ensures continuous compliance with Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery Accreditation and Quality Improvement Program (MBSAQIP) standards.

    + Develops, updates, and maintains relevant accreditation patient care pathways and protocols.

    + Coordinates and provides education for physicians, staff, patients, and the community on metabolic and bariatric patient safety, complications, and care.

    + Supports the development of protocols and education for nursing staff to ensure rapid communication and response to critical patient findings.

    + Monitors outcomes data, provides feedback to surgeons, and assists with identifying and preparing yearly quality improvement initiatives.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of NursingBasic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Certified Bariatric Nurse (CBN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Metabolic and Bariatric Surgical Clinical Reviewer (MBSCR) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $65,392.09 - $114,226.98
