    Job Description:

    + Builds and cultivates relationships in the community to generate new members. Represents AdventHealth Well 65+ at local functions and events geared for the 65+ community, including health fairs, chamber events, and 65+ communities. Introduces providers at local events, clubs, and organizations catering to the 65+ market to share the value of primary care practices.

    + Designs and implements health and wellness activities within the practice community room to attract members and nonmembers.

    + Interacts and strategizes with health plan brokers and representatives to host events and meetings educating the 65+ population on Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans

    + Provides Welcome Information Tours at the practices and answers questions for prospective members. Becomes the knowledge expert about the multiple territories represented. Represents the organization with community leaders, associations, and senior-focused businesses.

    + Nurtures relationships with prospective members, caregivers, insurance broker partners, community officials, local clubs, and businesses. Builds awareness of the organization and its providers.
