    Job Description:

    Sign On Bonus: $10,000

    Relocation Bonus: $3,000

    + Communicates effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.

    + Monitors patient progress and adjusts treatment plans as necessary.

    + Discharges patients when maximum benefit has been achieved.

    + Educates patients and caregivers on strategies to improve communication and swallowing skills.

    + Documents accurately, completely, and timely using measurable and objective terminology following standards of practice, insurance guidelines and department/hospital policy and procedures.

    Master'sBasic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - Accredited Issuing Body, Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Speech-Language Pathologist - Provisional (SLP-PROV) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Speech-Language Pathologist - Temporary (SLP-TEMP) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $65,622.66 - $122,055.21
