    Job Description:

    Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm

    Address: 2100 Glenwood dr winter park

    + Documents and reports procedures and assessments in accordance with department policy.

    + Obtains nursing history and evaluates patient behavior and motor skills.

    + Completes admission assessments and assesses for signs of abuse or neglect.

    + Interprets diagnostic data and develops individualized care plans.

    + Verifies physician orders and performs treatments.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of NursingAdvanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $32.76 - $57.47
