    Job Description:

    + Validates and submits registry harvest reports to meet regulatory and registry compliance guidelines.

    + Ensures data accurately depicts performance for publicly reported measures to CMS and other accrediting bodies.

    + Maintains accurate databases rigorously to ensure follow-up deadlines are met according to registry requirements.

    + Coordinates institute quality and outcomes committees or clinical projects with hospital and physician leadership to improve quality and value.

    + Completes longitudinal patient follow-up by interviewing and assessing patient health status across the continuum to meet regulatory and registry requirements.
