AdventHealth Celebration Health Adult Emergency Department:

The **50-bed AdventHealth Celebration Health Emergency Department** is the busiest in **Osceola County** , proudly serving a diverse patient population. Located near world-renowned tourist attractions, our team frequently cares for **international guests** , requiring exceptional communication and care.

Success in our department is driven by a **team-oriented culture** , where collaboration, adaptability, and a shared passion for patient care ensure excellence in a **fast-paced emergency environment** .

Our department offers **three levels of emergency care** — **acute, intermediate, and fast-track** —with distinct treatment areas designed for both **minor and major emergencies** , ensuring optimal coverage and efficient patient flow.

Job Description:

Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the physiological, psychological, developmental, sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors of patients.

Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs and standards of care, regularly evaluating and revising these plans as necessary.

Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely, following physician orders and hospital protocols, and monitor for adverse reactions.

Educate patients and families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and self-care strategies to promote understanding and compliance.

Collaborate with medical staff and ancillary departments to coordinate and optimize patient care, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
