    Job Description:

    Sign On Bonus: Up to $20,000

     

    Relocation Bonus: Up to $3,000

     

    Shift: Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:30pm

    + Manages assigned direct reports including recruitment, hiring, coaching, disciplinary actions, development, education, competencies, performance evaluations, and payroll functions.

    + Demonstrates critical thinking skills, creativity, and resource management to achieve quality performance and positive employee relations.

    + Fosters a culture of psychological safety, where the team members feel supported, valued, empowered to speak up, share concerns, and contribute meaningfully.

    + Promotes evidence-based practice, ensuring quality outcomes, and fostering a culture of safety, compassion, and continuous learning.

    Associate's of Nursing (Required)Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
