    Job Description:

    Schedule & Environment

    + Monday–Friday schedule

    + No call or weekends

    + Supportive, team-based care model High-acuity cardiac cases in a well-equipped facility

    + Strong culture and administrative support

    Compensation & Benefits

    + Excellent compensation based on years of experience - median $245K

    + $75K Sign-on bonus

    + $25K Incentive bonus Year 4

    + $2500 CME & 3 Paid Days

    + Cardiac Stipend

    Requirements

    + Active Florida ARNP License

    + Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

    + BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
