Job Description:

+ Conducts audits to ensure compliance with hospital governing agencies.

+ Reviews patient charts to verify accuracy and adherence to regulatory standards.

+ Collects and analyzes data to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.

+ Synthesizes multiple data elements to establish and implement effective processes.

+ Leads and participates in planning and delivery of process improvement plans.

Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of Nursing, Master's of NursingAdvanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - Accredited Issuing Body, Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - Accredited Issuing Body, Emergency Nursing (ENA) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS) - Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Trauma Nurse Course Certified (TNCC) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
