    Job Description:

    + Other duties as assigned Operates company vehicle as needed. Performs repairs to building in a competent, neat, and workmanlike manner.

    + Identifies proper tools for tasks and consults appropriate personnel for any uncertainties.

    + Ensures work area is clean and free of debris upon completion of repairs. Ensures materials are available and on-hand prior to starting repairs.

    + Accurately completes and submits work orders and preventive maintenance tasks daily.

    + Completes all Life Safety preventive maintenance tasks and work orders within one month of assignment at a 95% completion rate.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    High School Grad or Equiv (Required)Driver's License (DL) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $19.84 - $36.89
