Job Description:

+ Performs effectively in all procedural roles (circulate, monitor, scrub) required in a diagnostic or therapeutic cardiac laboratory team based on the Society of Invasive Cardiovascular Professionals scope of practice.

+ Contributes to the overall quality of diagnostic service and documentation, supporting departmental quality standards and initiatives.

+ Problem-solves day-to-day issues consistently and appropriately.

+ Assists with smooth patient flow by ensuring timely room turnover and preparation, and communicates effectively with staff, physicians, and department management.

+ Exhibits a desire to learn and upgrade clinical and leadership skills, seeks education opportunities, and coaches staff towards professional growth.
