    Job Description:

    + Oversees training programs and mentors pharmacy technicians and supports onboarding, competency validation, and peer development.

    + Assists in identifying training needs and reinforcing best practices.

    + Supports technician career development and contributes to the advancement of pharmacy technician practice.

    + Serves as a role model for professionalism, accountability, and teamwork.

    + Oversees the strategic quality improvement, education, and practice advancement projects in assigned areas.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Bachelor's, High School Grad or Equiv (Required)Certified Compounded Sterile Preparation Technician (CSPT) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPhT) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, State Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $20.38 - $32.60
