    Job Description:

    + **Full Time - Days**

    + May include transport of hazardous waste from the point of generation to a designated secure storage area; employee will be required to complete initial training (prior to handling hazardous waste) and refresher training to include proper handling and transport of hazardous waste, and proper selection, use and disposal of personal protective equipment.

    + Actively promotes AdventHealth’s community initiatives and responds to the needs of clients to ensure efficient, quality, and compassionate patient care.

    + Follows safety policies including the use of PPE, handwashing, and hazardous chemical handling, and completes required training for handling hazardous waste.

    + Embraces and seeks out continual learning and improvement for self and employees in the department.

    + Directs and oversees the day-to-day operations of the Clinical Laboratory at the respective campus in assigned specialties.

    Bachelor's (Required), Master'sClinical Laboratory Supervisor (SU) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Cytologist (CT(ASCP)) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Histotechnologist (HTLASCP) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Medical Laboratory Scientist MLS (ASCP) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Medical Lab Scientist (MLSAMT) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Medical Technologist (MTAAB) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $79,402.93 - $147,697.47
