    Job Description:

    + Acts as a leadership resource for management and team to achieve specific organizational goals and accountabilities, reviewing data and creating action plans for positive outcomes.

    + Communicates and collaborates with other departments and programs to ensure innovative, high-quality, effective, and efficient care delivery.

    + Manages adult hospitalist, neuro-hospitalist, and skilled nursing facility service lines.

    + Leads potential expansion of accountable service lines across the region or division.

    + Ensures compliance with regulatory agencies, CMS regulations, and other accrediting bodies.

    Pay Range:

    $110,702.15 - $205,911.28
