Job Description:

+ **Shift:** Monday 1pm-7pm, Tuesday 4pm-7pm, Wednesday 1pm-7pm and Friday 1pm-6pm. **Location:** 960 Rinehart Road Suite 1050 Lake Mary, FL 32746.

+ Designs and implements a treatment plan of care utilizing practice standards and recommended techniques and modalities, insurance guidelines, and patient’s needs.

+ Assesses patient's ability to safely and effectively perform functional mobilty skills, an evaluates muscle, nerve, joint, and integumentary systems.

+ Monitors patient response to and progress in treatment, modifying treatment plan as appropriate. Provides discharge planning assistance and information regarding appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and follow-up services.

+ Communicates appropriately and effectively with patients, family, and healthcare professionals within and across care settings and communities.

+ Oversees care provided by certified physical therapy assistants and therapy technicians according to established regulations and practice standards.

DoctorateBasic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Physical Therapist (PT) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Physical Therapist - Temporary (PT-TEMP) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

Pay Range:

$31.55 - $58.69
