    Job Description:

    + Monitors the use and implementation of physician tools to ensure accurate and complete records.

    + Generates and analyzes data and reports to identify opportunities for documentation improvement.

    + Other duties as assigned.

    + Delivers training and continuing education to physicians and clinical departments. Uses critical thinking and sound judgment to balance reimbursement considerations with regulatory compliance.

    + Acts as a liaison between CDI leadership, revenue cycle staff, and interdisciplinary team members.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Bachelor's of NursingCertified Clinical Documentation Specialist (CCDS) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $83,699.48 - $155,693.55
