    Job Description:

    + Leads strategies based on industry and organizational data to implement initiatives improving nursing care delivery.

    + Provides leadership in developing programs to support career pathways for team members within the nursing workforce pipeline.

    + Collaborates with academic and community organizations to create experiential learning opportunities for students and prospective allied health and nursing employees.

    + Conducts periodic assessments and evaluations of innovative nursing programs, implementing changes as necessary.

    + Works with leaders and stakeholders to identify, implement, and evaluate processes that drive exceptional clinical outcomes through nursing workforce innovation.

    QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

    Associate's of Nursing (Required), Bachelor's of Nursing (Required), Master'sBasic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body

    Pay Range:

    $70,682.60 - $131,480.21
