High-Profile Commercial Properties | Overnight Golf Cart Patrol

Set Schedule (40 Hours Weekly | Overnight Shift)

+ Monday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

+ Tuesday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

+ Wednesday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

+ Thursday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

+ Friday: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Position Overview

We are seeking a professional, dependable, and self-motivated Full-Time Overnight Security Officer to provide dedicated coverage at high-profile commercial properties. This position is an overnight golf cart patrol role and requires the ability to work independently while maintaining a strong, visible security presence throughout the shift.

The ideal candidate is experienced, reliable, and capable of meeting the high standards expected for this operation.

Key Responsibilities

+ Conduct routine golf cart patrols of assigned commercial properties

+ Maintain a visible and proactive security presence during overnight hours

+ Monitor access points and observe property activity

+ Identify and report security concerns, safety hazards, or maintenance issues

+ Respond professionally to incidents, alarms, or emergencies

+ Provide courteous interaction with tenants, visitors, and vendors as needed

+ Accurately complete daily activity reports and incident reports using company software

+ Maintain a clean, polished, and professional appearance

+ Adhere to all post orders, company policies, and client expectations

Requirements

+ Minimum of 2+ years of professional security experience (required)

+ Overnight and/or commercial security experience preferred

+ Active Level II or Level III security license (per state requirements)

+ Valid driver’s license

+ Must live within 15 miles of ZIP Code 77072

+ Strong communication, observational, and customer service skills

+ Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently

+ Must be comfortable conducting overnight golf cart patrols

+ Ability to consistently work the full overnight schedule

Compensation is based on experience, professionalism, and performance. Officers who demonstrate reliability, strong work ethic, and high service standards may be eligible for additional assignments or advancement opportunities.

Education Requirements (All)

High School Diploma or GED

Certification Requirements (All)

Drivers License Over the age of 25 ( Insurance Requirement) Non-Commission Security License (Level II)
