Because when we connect by understanding what makes people different, we can create unforgettable experiences that enrich lives. Join us at razorfish.com.
Overview
As an Associate Creative Director – Art, you will play a hands-on role in concepting and creating big-idea activations for social and integrated campaigns for a leading fintech company. This is a doing role, not a purely leadership position—you’ll be deeply involved in every phase of creative development, from ideation through production. Working under the direction of a Creative Lead, you’ll collaborate across multiple projects at once, partnering with teams to deliver bold, social-first ideas that resonate, and mentoring junior talent along the way.
You bring strong conceptual thinking, a refined design aesthetic, and a deep understanding of organic social and digital experiences. You’re comfortable generating multiple concepts independently, leading production, managing diverse voices and perspectives with flexibility and patience, and ensuring every deliverable meets the highest creative standards.
Responsibilities
+ Concept and execute big-idea activations for organic social and integrated campaigns.
+ Collaborate with creative, account, and strategy partners to ensure work aligns with client goals.

+ Present and articulate concepts clearly to internal teams and, when needed, to clients.
+ Mentor junior talent and provide constructive feedback to elevate team output.
+ Present work internally and to clients with confidence and clarity.
Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree or higher in Fine Arts, Graphic Design, Digital Media Design, or Advertising/Portfolio School.
+ 7+ years of art direction experience in an advertising or marketing agency environment.
+ Exceptional portfolio showcasing conceptual art direction and integrated campaign work.
+ Full awareness and understanding of the digital landscape, including online campaigns, mobile experiences, and social media.
+ Experience managing and mentoring junior staff.

+ Nice-to-Have: Experience in fintech.
