Overview
Operations Powerhouse is an operational infrastructure that connects our people, process and technology. To support this role – the Global Operations Powerhouse leader has ownership of the below workstreams to direct end to end Account operations and connection for our client globally.
Responsibilities
+ Leads development and governance of the OneMars model integrated way of working, standards and best practices to connect people, process and platforms from strategy all the way through measurement/ reporting across agencies.
+ Govern the integrated agency framework across various capabilities, ensuring alignment with external agency partners.
+ Ensures use of key agency and client platforms throughout the integrated process.
+ Supports Executive leadership requests across capabilities
+ Manage development of key artifacts to support cross agency collaboration.
+ Collaborate with Account Operations team in ensuring Publicis capability leads, external agency partners and clients come together during key touch points throughout the integrated lifecycle.
+ Collaborate with internal teams, clients, and partner agencies to streamline processes and improve ways of working.
+ Track and evaluate the effectiveness of integrated ways of working, using insights to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
+ Self-starter who brings ideas to the table, with a critical eye for identifying and improving process gaps
+ Support Global Client Leader with Ad Hoc Global requests.
Qualifications
+ 10+ years of marketing, advertising, operations, or program management experience.
+ Proactivity and proficiency delivering progress and completing work even with overlapping deadlines.
+ Experience developing C-level stakeholder presentations and presenting your thoughts and ideas.
+ Strong communication skills, both internal and client-facing.
+ Displays critical thinking and problem solving
+ Proactive, brave voice who will suggest new ideas and challenge the status quo, but can also help carry out the smart ideas of others.
+ Someone who likes to thrive on a team yet can also meet tight deadlines on independent assignments.
+ An individual who equally cares about his/her own career as well as your team members.

The benefits offerings listed are available to U.S. based employees, are reviewed on an annual basis, and are governed by the terms of the applicable plan documents.
Compensation Range: $149,340 - $239,148 annually. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met.
