Koniag IT Systems, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company **,** is seeking a Business Operations Manager with a Top-Secret security clearance to support KITS and our government customer at the Pentagon, Arlington, VA. Potential Hybrid position based upon available office space but will be required to be on site national capital region as necessary.

The position will perform requirements analysis and integration support tasks. This position requires active engagement with the requirement owners throughout USW(R&E) and CDAO and its mission partners, and the ability to contribute substantively to in-depth discussions of proposed requirements.
Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:
+ Provide expertise in organizational and strategic planning for a wide variety of technical and functional environments
+ Provide expertise in configuration management, strategic planning, knowledge management, business analysis and technical analysis
+ Work closely with other team members including Acquisition Specialists, Business Analysts, and other technical staff
+ Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand the program’s vision and help communicate goals throughout the program
+ Develop and utilize standard practices for managing requirements
+ Provide data analysis expertise in support of business priorities and objectives
+ Lead management & communication efforts to ensure successful implementation of audit findings
+ Create and maintain technical documents including software and systems engineering diagrams, systems operations documents, and user operations guides.
+ Prepare reports according to customer specifications.
+ Meets with engineers, programmers, and project managers to learn about specific projects or processes.
+ Work with technical staff to make financial management and acquisition documents easier to use.
+ Organize and write supporting content for enterprise cloud computing acquisition and use.
+ Gather user feedback to update and improve content and revise content as new issues arise.
+ Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily scrums, demos, retros, grooming and planning sessions
+ Conduct research to gain user insights into the use and implementation of Agile methodologies
+ Support project visioning and requirements management on Agile and traditional development projects
+ Engage business partners to understand and capture enterprise business needs and requirements
+ Performs other related duties as assigned.
+ Knowledge of DoD Systems Acquisition and IT Systems Engineering will be very beneficial, though a fast learner can be fully successful. The successful candidate will help guide a large cloud effort from requirement development for future cloud computing acquisition.
+ Understand and be proficient in Department of War Correspondence and Task Management System.
Required Qualifications:
+ 5+ years related experience.
+ Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
+ Experience as acquisition analyst/project analyst/coordinator for an OSD level organization. At a minimum the candidate is required to possess the qualities and skills commensurate with said experiences.
+ Ability to uphold a strict level of discretion and confidentiality
+ Assist requirement owners with refining, assessing, documenting, and maintaining requirements in preparation for review meetings to convey key program objectives, their relative contributions to the mission, and estimated costs.
+ Gather and develop requirements for assigned projects based on stakeholder input.
+ Refine and decompose requirements to a degree specified by the Government.
+ Prioritize, de-conflict, and validate requirements with stakeholders.
+ Assist government leads with conducting capability gap and requirements validation/re-validation assessments in response to emerging threats, changing external guidance, and realignment of mission priorities
+ Analyze potential solutions selected by the Government and assess the ability of each solution to meet the validated requirements
+ Develop executive-level Business Case Analysis Briefings for assigned projects
+ Demonstrates excellent communication skills, a high level of integrity, critical thinking, and leadership courage.
+ Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities.
+ Powerful analytical and problem-solving skills – including the ability to develop solutions in new and creative ways.
+ Ability to work independently on projects, from conception to completion
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
+ Strong ability to brief senior executives with little notice.
+ Comfortable in a fast paced/dynamic environment.
Clearance Requirement:
+ Must be a US Citizen, hold a current DoD Top Secret Clearance.
