    Senior Program Analyst, Acquisition Program Management

    KBR is currently recruiting a Senior Program Analyst, Acquisition Program Management Specialist to join our team at APG, MD in support of our customer, Project Manager Intelligence Systems & Analytics (PM IS&A).

    Roles and Responsibilities:

    + Support development of Acquisition Strategies and Plans, Acquisition Program Baselines, Test and Evaluation Master Plans, System Engineering Plans, Life Cycle Sustainment Plans, and other Department and Army-level acquisition documentation.

    + Develop, draft, and update acquisition program management briefings, to include Program Management Reviews (PMRs), acquisition milestone decision briefings, and other briefing products providing acquisition program cost, schedule and performance information.

    + Identify and provide mitigation recommendations for acquisition program risks for supported programs and projects.

    + Support development of Army Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) documentation, to include budget exhibits and presentations.

    + Support management of portfolio-wide technical programs, to include development of overarching technical strategies and development of cost/schedule baselines.

    + Support development of contracting strategies and supporting documentation, to include evaluation criteria and statements of work.

    + Detailed-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.

    Basic Qualifications:

    + ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Secret

    + Bachelor's degree required. Degree preferred in Business, Accounting, Program Management, Engineering, or related degree. An additional four (4) years of related experience will substitute for a bachelor’s degree.

    + At least twelve (12) years of experience managing Department of Defense (DoD) acquisition programs is required.

    + Direct experience with the DoD 5000 series regulations and adaptive acquisition pathways, and & in-depth knowledge to apply a wide range of analytical measurement skills to assist product teams with developing, maintaining, and coordinating Milestone Decision Authority acquisition packages for Milestone approval.

    + Government program management experience to include budgeting, scheduling, trade-off analysis, lifecycle costing, risk management, supportability, test and evaluation, and requirements development.

    + Must have 5 years direct experience with verbal and written communication to include presentations and/or briefings to product managers, division chiefs or equivalent grade.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    + Experience supporting or managing software-related programs or projects is desired.

    Travel:

    Less than 10% travel is expected for this position. Travel may include continental United States and outside continental United States locations.

    Work Environment:

    This position will be co-located with the customer and other contractors in Government office spaces.

    Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:

    This is a full‐time position, Monday through Friday. Flexibility around core hours. Travel may occur outside of normal core hours.

    Compensation: $127,710.00 - $191,620.00. The salary range posted is for Maryland locations. The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or experience, contract affordability, and in consideration of internal parity.
