    Please review the following job description:

    Responsible for the implementation and management of Consumer Lending Business Rules within FICO DMP decisioning tool. Manages the change control process for business rules updates including initial documentation; modifying Business Rules Engine parameters; unit testing changes; supporting client testing; production implementation; etc. Independently manages multiple complex projects that cross multiple divisions, states and/or are corporate-wide initiatives. Analyzes systems and processes to gather, formulate, define and design solutions to automate manual processes. Develops test strategy (e.g. test plans, test cases, and test scripts) to comprehensively test assigned enhancements to business applications.

     

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    1. Leads project planning activities for large and complex initiatives including gathering, analyzing, and presenting data and recommendations needed for project decision makers.

    2. Defines project scope and obstacles that would impact the success of the initiative. Identifies and supports required changes to scope or timeline throughout the project lifecycle.

    3. Leads execution activities including defining and organizing milestones, teams, and schedules to reach project objectives.

    4. Prepares and maintains necessary project materials and artifacts, including business cases, prioritization, project plans/task lists, business readiness materials, and post-project follow up. Ensures project documentation has appropriate level of traceability, tracking all impacts to completion and knowledge delivery to impacted audiences.

    5. Gathers and analyzes data to draw thoughtful conclusions and recommendations to leadership including identifying and resolving difficult issues.

    6. Provides tracking and reporting of project status to leadership and enterprise teams, including measurement of key performance and risk indicators and success factors.

    7. Creates process mapping for changes resulting from strategic projects including risks and controls and may recommend changes to existing processes to improve efficiencies.

    8. Owns the intake of new project requests and coordination of projects within workstreams.

    9. Establishes and maintains relationships with all stakeholders ensuring coordination across cross-functional teams.

    10. Serves as an individual contributor with ownership of a project portfolio. May serve as a resource for junior level resources promoting a cohesive, inclusive, team-oriented culture aligned with the Truist purpose, mission, and values

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications:

    1. Expert knowledge of Automated Decisioning Systems and Consumer Loan Origination Systems

    2. Skilled with interface testing technologies such as XML, JSON, SoapUI, etc.

    3. Agile methodologies

    4. Technology testing and change implementation best practices

    5. Highly competent communication and documentation skills

    Preferred Qualifications:

    1. Five years of experience in the financial services industry or consulting

    2. Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification

    3. Advanced understanding of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma)

    4. Sound working knowledge of holistic banking/investment platforms, products, services, operations, finance and systems

     

    The annual base salary for this position is $80,000 - 120,000.

     

    **General Description of Available Benefits for Eligible Employees of Truist Financial Corporation:** All regular teammates (not temporary or contingent workers) working 20 hours or more per week are eligible for benefits, though eligibility for specific benefits may be determined by the division of Truist offering the position.
