Responsibilities

+ Develop and execute change strategies that align with organizational goals and deliver measurable results.

+ Partner with senior leaders to foster a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement.

+ Lead enterprise-wide change initiatives ensuring stakeholder engagement and successful adoption.

+ Provide expert guidance on change impacts, risk mitigation, and communication strategies.

+ Measure and report on change effectiveness to inform future improvements.

+ Provide thought leadership and coaching on change management best practices, fostering continuous learning and improvement.

+ Champion a systems approach to organizational effectiveness, ensuring alignment across high-impact initiatives.

Required Qualifications

+ Minimum 10 years of experience in change management or related field.

+ Experience in organizational design preferred

+ Proven track record of leading large-scale organizational change initiatives.

+ Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

+ Strong business acumen and ability to tailor design outcomes to enable business success.

+ Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.

+ Ability to influence at all levels and drive consensus in complex environments.

Preferred Qualifications

+ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Organizational Development, or related field.

+ Certification in change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, ACMP).

+ Experience in consulting or advisory roles.

+ Familiarity with digital transformation and agile practices.

Travel Requirements: Up to 25%, primarily for key client events

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
