Your Impact
The Sr. Manager, Replenishment Strategy provides strategic leadership for Lowe's enterprise replenishment systems and the programs that govern their performance, evolution, and business value. This role leads a team of technical and functional experts responsible for advancing replenishment system logic, end-to-end process design, automation, and cross-functional integration. This leader owns the multi-year roadmap for replenishment logic, capability development, and system governance driving enterprise efficiency, inventory productivity, and operational alignment. The position serves as the primary program strategy leader, ensuring replenishment technology and processes deliver against company goals and continuously evolve with business needs.
What You Will Do
+ Owns the creation of the strategic roadmap for replenishment systems, business logic, and process evolution, ensuring alignment with enterprise inventory, merchandising, supply chain, and omnichannel objectives.
+ Develops new concepts, strategies, and approaches to advance replenishment automation, accuracy, and scalability across the organization.
+ Identifies long-range capability gaps and leads the organization in defining solutions, prioritization criteria, investment needs, and implementation plans.
+ Leads a team of analysts and subject-matter experts responsible for system configuration, process improvement, user support, and capability deployment.
+ Coaches and develops talent, building functional expertise in replenishment logic and execution.
+ Creates a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the team and the broader replenishment user community.
+ Uses influence to drive alignment on system enhancement priorities, policy changes, process redesign, and enterprise adoption of new capabilities.
+ Regularly interacts with senior leadership to communicate program status, value delivery, risk mitigation, and strategic recommendations.
+ Establishes governance mechanisms for business logic changes, configuration standards, release management, and data integrity.
+ Oversees the pipeline of system enhancements, capability builds, and vendor releases—ensuring consistent evaluation, testing, adoption, and performance measurement.
+ Defines KPIs and performance frameworks to measure system effectiveness and ensure improvements translate into business outcomes.
+ Oversees the escalation and resolution process for complex system issues; acts as a senior-level subject matter expert guiding the organization through system and process challenges.
Minimum Qualifications
+ Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, data analytics, business administration, or IT systems; or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable
+ 8-10 years of experience in inventory management, forecasting and replenishment, process development, business logic optimization, or related fields.
+ 6-8 years of experience with supporting third party replenishment software packages such as RELEX, Blue Yonder, o9, SAP, Kinaxis, Oracle.
+ 3-5 years of experience leading teams, programs or large-scale cross-functional initiatives.
+ Proven experience designing and executing multi-year technology or process roadmaps.
+ Strong analytical and conceptual problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess undefined problems and define strategic solutions.
+ Expertise in data analysis, query development, and data visualization to support system decision-making and performance evaluation.
+ Experience leading organizational change associated with system deployments, workflow redesign, and capability enablement.
