The **Interest** **Rate** **Derivatives A** **nalyst** will help support the team’s coverage and growth on hedging interest rate risk for the bank’s commercial clients. This role will have a broad range of responsibility to support the group which includes structuring/pricing transactions, execution, portfolio management, reporting and analysis.

How** **you’ll** **spend your time:

+ Price and structure derivative transactions using quantitative models.

+ Support the team with legal documentation for transactions.

+ Assist in middle office responsibilities for post-trade tasks.

+ Support back-office responsibilities on payments, notices, reports and ad-hoc requests.

+ Partner with the bank’s operations team, credit administration, and other internal parties on hedging needs.

+ Optimizeclient experience and ensure efficiency of processes.

+ Support energy hedging initiatives and tasks when needed.

+ Other duties as necessary.

We’re** **excited to talk to you if:

+ You possess a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.

+ You 2+ years of experience in interest rate derivatives or banking.

+ You have a background in financial markets, derivatives pricing, and risk management.

+ You show interest in financial services, specifically within commercial banking, and global financial markets.

+ You have organizational and project management skills.

+ You can multi-task and work independently.

+ You can build relationships with internal and external partners.

+ You can provide expertise in interest rate hedging strategies and rate market update.

+ You can analyze and solve problems.

+ You can perform duties under frequent time pressures.

Compensation Range:

$51,480.00 - $99,330.00
