The Opportunity

If so, joining the Corporate Strategy team at Nutanix will give you the opportunity to shape the company's strategy and drive execution to unlock potential value and shape the future of enterprise software.

You will have the opportunity to work cross-functionally across the company to shape our strategy and drive execution. We are looking for a talented MBA to join our team next summer.

About the Team

The Corporate Strategy team at Nutanix is focused on driving growth, performance, and operational efficiency throughout the organization. We work on projects of strategic importance at Nutanix that include growth strategy, business model transformation, go-to-market initiatives, operational excellence, and board communication. The team works closely with the CEO, our executive leadership team, and other senior leaders across the company to shape strategy and drive execution.

Your Role

+ Generate business insights and develop strategy and business cases that inform company strategy and unlocks potential value

+ Drive the definition, measurement, and tracking of key strategic initiatives that are critical to company growth and operational efficiency

+ Collaborate with partners across the company to help devise corporate and functional strategy

What You Will Bring

+ Enrolled in a full-time top-tier MBA program, with an expected graduation in Spring of 2027

+ Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of work experience in top-tier strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, corporate strategy, or FP&A

+ Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring current or future sponsorship for an employment visa, such as an F-1, H-1B, or TN visa.

+ Strong focus on enterprise software / SaaS preferred

+ Strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving & analytical skills and ability to synthesize insights to drive alignment and outcomes

+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build strong collaborative working relationships

+ Can deal effectively with ambiguity and thrive in an unstructured environment

The pay range for this position at commencement of employment is expected to be USD $80 per hour.

The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, including medical, financial, and/or other benefits (including 401(k) eligibility and various paid time off benefits, such as vacation, sick time, and parental leave), dependent on the position offered. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided if an employee receives an offer of employment.

**Hybrid** : This role operates in a hybrid capacity, blending the benefits of remote work with the advantages of in-person collaboration. In locations where our workplace policy applies (i.e. San Jose, Durham, Mexico City, Bangalore, Pune, Hoofddorp, Belgrade, Barcelona, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo), employees are expected to work onsite a minimum of 3 days per week to foster collaboration, team alignment, and access to in-office resources.
