    **Rehab** **Services Tech II** Responsibilities:

    + Assists the rehabilitation team members in the treatment of patients and residents.

    + Functions under the direct supervision of the Physical or Occupational Therapists, Licensed Physical Therapy Assistants or Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants when assisting with patient/resident care.

    + Transports patients/residents to and from the rehabilitation service areas. Carries out tasks related to the routine operation of the department.

    Requirements:

    + High School or Equivalent

    + BLS (Basic Life Support)

    + 1 year healthcare related experience

    + Prior Rehab experience preferred
