    The SkyMiles program is a key foundation for a very successful co-brand relationship between Delta and American Express. The Delta SkyMiles American Express Card portfolio is one of the fastest growing, highest margin businesses within Delta growing at a rate of more than a million customers each year. This co-brand portfolio provides an opportunity for our customers to engage with the Delta and American Express brands every single day and has become a key component to Delta’s post-pandemic recovery plans and a path to sustained growth.

     

    The Sr. Analyst, Co-Brand Acquisitions Growth & Innovation will help us continue above-industry growth and 1MM+ customer sign-ups per year. To be successful in this role, we are seeking a marketer with a positive attitude excited by increasing loyalty among our customers and the travel industry, helping to develop new channels and marketing techniques that resonate with our audience, and keep Delta on the cutting edge of future customer acquisition trends and opportunities.

     

    This position will focus on driving acquisition growth and innovation. A successful candidate will bring the following characteristics:

    + Results-oriented, proactive, and highly organized with a strong attention-to-detail

    + Possesses business maturity, the ability to recognize and address problems with the appropriate sense of urgency and the capacity to work independently with minimal instruction or supervision

    Responsibilities:

    + Drive acquisition growth and innovation by partnering with American Express, agency partners, and internal Delta teams to develop and execute marketing strategies, campaigns, and offers to acquire new Co-Brand customers—including identifying opportunities, building business cases, and delivering presentations to key stakeholders

    + Manage end-to-end paid media for Co-Brand acquisitions:

    + Collaborate with agency partners to develop media recommendations and creative assets

    + Lead project management with both internal and external partners to ensure proper prioritization, and to successfully plan and launch marketing campaigns on time

    + Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop creative/messaging and ensure it is in alignment with current Delta initiatives and is developed in a timely manner

    + Oversee campaign execution and monitor performance to identify future opportunities

    + Learn, stay on the cusp of new platforms and tools, and educate key stakeholders on new trends, and technology to increase marketing conversions

    + Prepare and deliver presentations to key stakeholders internally

    What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications)

    + Minimum of 2 years related work experience

    + Must be passionate about marketing and creative and excited by developing new channel strategies and executing plans to drive results

    + Ideal candidate will be highly organized with a strong attention to detail and experience working on multiple projects at once

    + Experience working in paid media and/or creative project management with knowledge of various marketing channels is highly desired

    + Must have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively across internal and external teams

    + Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.

    + Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.

    + Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.

    + Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.

    What will give you a competitive edge (preferred qualifications)

    + Experience leading and project managing cross-divisional projects is strongly preferred

    + Experience developing creative assets on either the agency or client side is highly preferred
