THE WORK

This is a Sikorsky Logistic Support Representative \(LSR\) position based in Cebu City, Philippines supporting the Philippine Air Force S\-70i fleet\. The LSR would assist all logistical support issues for the Customer’s material needs including the sourcing, ordering, shipping, inspection, international trade compliance, storage of parts,
ground support equipment, and repairs\. The LSR’s responsibility would be to provide immediate and sustaining improvement to the logistical infrastructure of the operator and help identify important cost savings to enhance the overall fleet sustainment through comprehensive supply chain management\.
This position will be performed onsite 100% of the time while in Philippines\. Candidate will be considered a teleworker for internal systems requirements while on assignment\.
The LSR would assist the Customer’s supply\-support organization in establishing inventory control of delivered material, positioning material at the Customer’s facility, and developing an inventory control system\. Provide over\-the\-shoulder supply support guidance for the Customer’s logistics personnel on components and supply chain system\. Work to expedite any requirement deemed urgent by the Customer and work to improve lead times through OEM unique supply channels\. Track and monitor orders from the point of requisition up until delivery at the destination, checking available stock, identifying the best source of supply, and navigating delivery to the Customer’s facility\. Be Sikorsky’s representative for the customers Test Inspection Acceptance Committee \(TIAC\)\. Review demands on supply system for accuracy and completeness and recommend supply replenishment to right size the inventory specific to the Customer’s needs, considering alternate solutions to satisfy requirements when required parts and materials are not immediately available\.
The LSR would recommend inventory\-stocking levels based on actual or predicted demands for an efficient closed rotable pool of parts supply\. Monitor the progress of the repair cycle and provide a weekly status report to Customer management\. Assist transfer of parts between OEM and vendor locations to the Customer’s facility\. Review reports from operating activities for supply deficiencies and assist Customer inventory management in procurement of necessary parts and materials\. Submit written reports to Sikorsky management and Customer management on a weekly basis, in summary format, on the logistical activity experienced at the assigned location\.

Basic Qualifications:
Candidate must have extensive experience managing logistics supply processes for international military operators performing Organizational, Intermediate, and Depot level maintenance on Sikorsky helicopters\. Extensive experience utilizing SAP\. Experience with managing supply warehouse activities\. Candidate must be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software\. Candidate must be willing to provide On Call support 24/7\. Candidate must be capable of obtaining/maintaining a valid U\.S\. passport\. Candidate must be willing to travel in support of customer requirements\. Ability to communicate clearly with all stakeholders across multiple communication platforms\.
Desired Skills:
US Military Material Control experience, Sikorsky aftermarket logistic management experience\. Experience briefing internal and external leadership stakeholders\.
SAP experience is desired
Proficient with Microsoft suite of products especially Excel and PowerPoint

**Work Schedules:** Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees\. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed\. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits\.

**Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York \(excluding most major metropolitan areas\), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $90,200 \- $159,045\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as \(but not limited to\) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer\.

Represented full time employees accrue 6\.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays\. **Pay Rate:** The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $103,700 \- $179,860\. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final work location\. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only\.
