Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a **Screw Machine Setup Operator** 2nd Shift to join their team. As a Screw Machine Setup Operator 2nd Shift, you will be part of the production department supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will demonstrate mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

**Job Title:** Screw Machine Setup Operator 2nd Shift

**Location:** Hamilton, OH

**Pay Rate:** $21.00 per hour

**Shift:** Monday through Thursday, 4pm-2am, with overtime on Fridays

What's the Job?

+ Perform machine setup and operation of Acme and Davenport screw machines

+ Load bar stock, fill fluids, and remove chips from machines to ensure smooth operation

+ Adjust tooling, sharpen tools, and change tools to meet quality specifications

+ Assist in troubleshooting and performing maintenance activities on screw machines

+ Support team members by sharing knowledge and training on machine setup and operation

What's Needed?

+ Relevant work experience in maintenance, mechanics, automotive mechanics, or completion of trade school

+ Ability to perform standard math operations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division

+ Strong mechanical skills and familiarity with tools and machinery

+ Good reasoning skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively

+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
