    Our client, a leader in the medical device and life sciences industry, is seeking a Packaging Technician I to join their team. As a Packaging Technician, you will be part of the Packaging Project Support team supporting documentation management, system updates, and packaging compliance activities. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and effective communication abilities which will align successfully in the organization.

     

    **Job Title:** Packaging Technician

    **Location:** Maplewood, MN

     

    Pay Range: 20-25/hr

     

    What's the Job?

     

    + Support documentation management for packaging materials, including data review and system updates.

    + Update enterprise systems with new specifications and coordinate access for stakeholders.

    + Help develop and maintain procedures, templates, and project work instructions.

    + Ensure documentation adheres to relevant industry standards and internal quality requirements.

    + Support onboarding activities for new projects, process improvement efforts, and feedback initiatives.

     

    What's Needed?

     

    + 1-2 years of experience supporting packaging or packaging engineering activities, especially documentation and compliance.

    + Proficiency with enterprise systems (e.g., PLM, ERP), Microsoft 365 (Lists, SharePoint, Excel).

    + Understanding of technical documentation standards and working within regulated or compliance-driven environments.

    + Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.

    + Effective communication and collaboration skills.
