**Our client, a leading workforce solutions provider, is seeking an OnSite Manager to join their team.** As an OnSite Manager, you will be part of the Service Delivery Department supporting client operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
**Job Title:** Client Site Manager
**Location:** Dunkirk, NY
**Pay Range:** $62,353-$87,500
What’s the Job?
+ Oversee daily site operations, ensuring efficiency and seamless service delivery.
+ Lead, mentor, and manage the onsite team to maximize performance and engagement.
+ Maintain client and talent satisfaction through strong relationship management.
+ Monitor and report on KPIs, payroll, attendance, and onboarding compliance.
+ Coordinate talent assignments, safety reporting, and operational adjustments as needed.
What’s Needed?
+ 3+ years in staffing, recruiting, or sales.
+ High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
+ Experience managing onsite programs or teams.
+ Strong digital literacy (MS Suite, Outlook, SharePoint, Workforce Management Systems).
+ Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership abilities.
