    Our client, a leading organization in the technology infrastructure sector, is seeking a Program/Account Lead Cost Control Services in El Paso, TX to join their team.

     

    **Job Title:** Program / Account Lead – Cost Control Services

    **Location:** El Paso, TX & Lebanon, IN (Onsite & Hybrid)

    **Pay Range:** $60-70/HR on W2

    Role Summary:

    The Program / Account Lead provides overall client governance, executive alignment, and service accountability for Client’s Mega Campus cost control services. This role owns delivery oversight, escalation management, KPI performance, and acts as the primary interface between Meta leadership and the cost control delivery team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    + Serve as the primary point of accountability for cost control services delivery across two (2) Mega Campus programs.

    + Lead client governance, escalation management, and executive-level communication.

    + Define, track, and report cost control KPIs, SLAs, and performance metrics.

    + Ensure alignment between client's expectations, SOW scope, and delivery execution.

    + Drive continuous improvement across cost control processes and team performance.

    + Oversee integration between Cost Control, Finance, PMO, and Construction leadership.

    + Lead and provide oversight for a team of approximately fifteen (15) cost managers and set direction for the program
